		<description>No clue, but certainly plausible.  With that said, I ignore emails that weren't specifically addressed to me from someone I know.  I'm not sure it is a fight worth fighting.  The answer has to leapfrog our dependence on diesel and go to alternative sources.  After 100 years of that, however, most of the cost will once again be tax.  It is a fact of life.</description>
